The Njoh Ewane Foundation is committed to empowering communities, promoting education, and enhancing the well-being of individuals for a brighter future. Where we work

With over 500 passionate team members, we work in Cameroon, Ghana, Nigeria, and Rwanda to directly implement our model. We hire our field team directly from the communities and villages we serve, and as a result, over 97% of our team is African.
Through strategic partnerships, we also work in Congo-Brazzaville, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and Tanzania. In these countries, our staff provide technical assistance to local organizations on how to implement and scale our model. In 2020, we also partnered with World Vision to adapt our poverty graduation model to support families most impacted by Cyclone Idai.

We focus on key areas such as education, health, economic empowerment, and environmental protection.
